By accessing hoacompliancehub.com or registering for our software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable federal, state, and local statutory regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing this platform.

A. Opt-In & Consent

Users enroll in SMS notifications upon registration, account creation, or through our SMS Opt-In Form by checking an un-checked consent box agreeing to receive automated notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

B. Opt-Out & Support Keywords

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. For support, reply HELP or contact support@hoacompliancehub.com.

C. Data Privacy & Non-Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will strictly not be shared with any third parties. 3. Professional Engineer (PE) & Legal Disclaimer

Mandatory Life-Safety Disclosure: HOA Compliance Hub is an automated tracking and workflow management platform. This software does not conduct, certify, or substitute for mandatory on-site structural inspections, facade safety evaluations, or milestone assessments performed by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA). HOA boards and property managers remain solely responsible for engaging certified professional engineering firms to execute statutory inspections and municipal filings.

4. Subscription Billing & Free Trials

New organizations receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access without requiring payment information. Upon expiration, access to board management tools requires selection of an active subscription plan processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
